Description

When you need to make better transitions in wet locations, use Bridgeport's liquid tight transition couplings to transition between either metallic or nonmetallic "Type B" liquid tight conduit and EMT. Die cast zinc couplings feature a precise fit and finish for a trouble-free performance, ease of assembly and excellent corrosion resistance in harsh environments. To install this coupling, simply slide the compression nut and inner sealing ring over the liquid tight conduit before threading the ferrule directly into the conduit channel. Bridgeport's patented design features two flats on the inside of the connector's body which can be used to easily turn the ferrule into the conduit. Once the liquid tight conduit has been secured, insert the EMT into the connector and tighten down the compression nut using your channel locks. Liquid tight transition couplings are available in trade sizes 1/2" to 2". Once installed, they provide a concrete-tight and UL-Listed raintight seal.
